Janco General left me a unsolicited quote in my mailbox, which I found quite interesting. They had quoted my eavestrough as well as window cleaning. The flyer was informative, simple and told me everything I needed to know. I called and was greeted by a polite sales person who answered all of my questions and found a booking that worked with my schedule. The crew showed up was courteous, knowledgable and professional. I had concerns about my garden but the cleaners were very careful to set up the ladders around them without incident. I had many bad experiences with window washers over the years and am very glad to have found Karl and his crew, now my whole family uses them as well as many in my office who had over heard me raving about them!

We will hire them again. I received a confirmation call the day before (Sunday) to confirm the appointment. We have a 2 story stained glass windows which now looks brand new. They spent enough time making sure it was cleaned to perfection. We also have hot tub and curved solarium windows which are a little awkward to clean, they cleaned. Excellent service and arrived on time. I highly recommend this company.
